Grapes coming from a single plot with vines aged between 140 and 200 years.
Fermentation and aging in old chestnut barrels by delicately press of destemmed grapes and without leaving them in contact with the skins.
Creamy and structured, it releases an infinite sensuality especially on the palate with notes of white pulp fruit, light spices, herbs and lots of salinity. Warm and balanced in every aspect. Fantastic!
