Another tour and another race in the Jura with another enthusiastic young winemaker, namely Thomas Jacquin.
Poulsard grown in the Arbois denomination, vinified with semi-carbonic maceration for around four weeks and then left to relax in steel.
A deep red wine, with notes of ripe red fruits, lots of herbs, ink and roots. Long and delicately bitter finish for a full-bodied but at the same time slender wine with great aging potential.
