Wine making: spontaneous fermentation in cement with maceration on the skins for eight months without any punch-downs, pump-overs or temperature control.

Aging: part for one year in used acacia tonneaux, the other in fiberglass tanks; no addition of sulfur, no clarification or filtration

Serve at: 10-14° C

About him: from just over half a hectare, only 1,500 exemplary of pure territoriality in strictly orange colors!
