About him: we present the second vintage of the second label of the excellent Shun Minowa. Jai Guru Deva is a field blend (all the varieties come from the same vineyard and are vinified together) obtained from grapes from a different vineyard than the one used for the Gate, as was the vinification and aging wisely adapted to obtain a juice, different from its predecessor, but always and only strictly in orange dress!
Direct like the Gate, but more gentle, with a tannic note that is well perceived and that suggests a great aging potential; a few minutes to open up definitively and it release on the palate all the sensations perceived on the nose, with the addition of a sapidity and acidity that enrich the drink.
Even in this case, an unmissable Orange Wine for fans of the genre!

2021 was a very balanced vintage that brought a beautiful phenolic maturation to the grapes, and to make the most of this, the maceration on the skins lasted for 2 months instead of one as done in 2020.
