Real Jura Passion!!!
Once again Jean Baptiste Menigoz has created an absolutely superb cuvée, the result of Trousseau grapes grown near Arbois and coming from vines over seventy years old.
Manual destemming, very delicate maceration of the whole grain for about six weeks and subsequent relax, partly in steel and partly in old 600l wooden barrels.
Perfumes based on heavenly small red fruits, spices and herbs. On the palate it's very fresh and spicy, all the sensations perceived by the nose are found dancing elegantly together creating a deep wine, with very light tannins and infinite drinkability. Truly WOW!
