The portrait of all the white grapes of the domaine, macerated all together in carbonic which creates an even more beautiful effect!
Gewurztraminer, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Auxerrois, Riesling and Sylvaner, therefore it's not part of the "Origin" range because a grapes mix, but it tastes like the fire of the Gods! A complex wine right from the start, with an explosive aromaticity with notes of white fruits such as apricots, peaches and pears, to then warm up and also move on to hints of beeswax and citrus fruits...and so on and so forth! In any case, a wine with a thousand facets and depth, but with drinkability supported by the carbonation which awakens the taste buds every sip. Nice nice!
