Grapes from vineyards grown near Lake Geneva, about two weeks of very delicate maceration on the skins and then relax for an year in old wooden barrels.
A wine that is difficult to describe because it's disarming how all its components are in perfect harmony with each other. The aromas focus on fruity, slightly mineral and spicy notes, while on the palate it's all fruit, nice flavor, barely perceptible maceration, slender drink but with a long and very captivating finish. Masterpiece by Damien Bastian!
