The side project of the talented Jean-Yves Peron! We couldn't miss the opportunity to discover with you, how grapes coming from our fantastic Piedmont region and wisely vinified in the cellar and with the "Peron" style would be transformed into more unique than rare wines!
A project born in 2011 which allowed Jean-Yves to purchase the harvest from nearby organic winemakers in Northern Italy and thus create the "I Vicini" series. An opportunity that allows him to diversify the terroirs and delve deeper into winemaking and aging, thus broadening his experience.

Barbera 2020 - 4 weeks of carbonic maceration and aging in stoneware amphorae; €29.90
Casa Rossa 2020 - Grignolino and Freisa pressed directly, Barbera with three-week carbonic maceration; assembly at the end of fermentation and aging in old barriques; €35.90
Cortese 2021 - 2 weeks of carbonic maceration and aging in large old wooden barrels; €33.90
Favorita 2021 - direct pressing for one third of the mass and two thirds carbonic maceration for two weeks; aging in old barriques;
Grignolino 2020 - 3 months of maceration and aging in stoneware amphorae; €41.90
Moscato 2021 - 3 months of maceration and aging in old barriques; €41.90
Reserve 2018/19 - fifteen-day carbonic maceration for Pinot Noir, while Barbera carries out a long maceration on the skins; aging in old barriques; €33.90
