Gringet in orange shades, son of the unmistakable and unrepeatable hand of the master Jean-Yves Peron!
This ancient native Savoy vine was vinified with carbonic maceration for about two weeks and then aged partly in old, but also new barriques.
Orange wine with super complexity, both aromatic and gustatory. White pulp fruits, flowers, herbs, spices, minerality, voluminousness and balsamicness are just some of the myriad sensations that can be perceived in both senses. The finish is very long, with delicate tannins and an infinite trail of fruity notes. An unicorn wine with immense aging potential that will surely make it infinitely good...obviously for those who have the patience to wait for it.
