Anthony Tortul
Blend of two grape varieties vinified separately, the Cinsault from vines over seventy years of age macerated for sixty days in whole bunch and Carignan from vines over sixty years old macerated for thirty-five days. Age in steel for about an year and for another few months after being mixed.
Flowers, spices and minerals flood the sense of perfumes, while sensations of herbs, roots and ripe red fruits also emerge on the palate, with good tannin but not heavy and invasive, perfect acidity and lots of juiciness. Anthony Tortul has now become a master even on the reds!
