L'Oiseau Rodeur
A triumph of citrus fruits where orange reigns supreme, but also delicate notes of herbs and spicy sensations that continually tickle the palate. Needless to say, sensational drinkability even when it warms up and becomes deeper and even more intriguing. Beautiful!
These are the notes to the sound of "Arpeggi" by Marie and Thomas, obtained with the joint carbonic maceration of a week for three-quarters of Pinot Gris left in the whole bunch and a quarter of destemmed Poulsard; both coming from the old vineyard owned by the domaine cultivated in Poligny. WOW!!!
