Marie Menoux and Thomas Rougier, a young and magical duo that promises to quickly make a name for themselves in the world of natural wines! And for us, lovers of new young winemakers, it's important to follow the evolution of their successes closely.
The L'Oiseau Rôdeur domaine extends over approximately 4 hectares in Poligny and was created in 2021, embodying the union of two enthusiasts trained at renowned wineries in the Jura, such as Les Pieds sur Terre, Les Bottes Rouges and Nicolas Jacob.
Bearers of an ambitious project, Marie and Thomas have a clear and precise vision, focused on producing clean and precise wines, faithfully reflecting the terroir. Light, delicate and very very interesting wines!
