Jackie Chang continues to fight on screens as does his vinous alter ego!
Vision obviously by Mr. Anthony Tortul who ideally transfers all the energy of this eclectic actor into the bottle, creating a sparkling and vital pet nat with a delicate effervescence, notes of white fruits and flowers, lots of sapidity and super drinkability.
Wine obtained from Grenache Blanc from vines over sixty years old, left in contact with the skins for ten days and then refermented in the bottle.
