Domaine des Cavarodes
It's the Trousseau according to Etienne Thiebaud, coming from old vineyards over a hundred years old cultivated near Arbois with care and a lot of passion.
Semi-carbonic maceration of destemmed grapes and relax in old wooden barrels for about one year.
Vibrant both in the aromas and on the palate where we find in both cases notes of herbs and red fruits, while on the palate it also stands out for a gentle tannin that envelops the sip and makes it complete despite its freshness and lightness.
