La Sorga
When you are looking for new emotions, it's right to immediately point the finger to Anthony Tortul!
This original cuvèe is mostly composed of Grenache Blanc dated 2019 to which a part of Sauvignon Blanc and Colombard from the following year is added during the bottling phase.
Peaches in syrup, juiciness at the highest levels which still leaves a graceful sip thanks to the vitality given by the carbonic and the infinite minerality conferred by the magnificent terroir of the Languedoc. As the minutes go by, it opens definitively in a thousand fruity and floral notes, lengthening the enjoyment of a long and beautiful finish. So much stuff monsieur Tortul!!!
