Incredible interpretation of Chenin by Anthony Tortul.
The grapes come from vines grown in Castelreng, in the Haute Vallée de Limoux. Very short maceration on the skins and relax in steel for an elegant, deep and enveloping wine.
Shy on the nose with light notes of fruit and minerals, on the palate it's enveloping, warm, round and with notes of white pulp fruits and lots of minerality. A long and important finish for a truly surprising wine!
