Let's dust off a super drink made in Tuscia based on Grechetto Rosso vinified by the increasingly talented Joy Kull!
Grapes from old vineyards overlooking the shores of Lake Bolsena, maceration on the skins for about three weeks and relax for about an year in egg-shaped cement containers.
A deeply mineral juice, with notes of undergrowth, herbs, earth, but also slightly fruity with notes of ripe black cherries and with the right amount of astringency. Nice nice!
