Magnificent terroirs of the Languedoc, a very varied geological mosaic, vines planted on an ancient lava flow, lands worked entirely with horses...an exciting beginning of a story, which led us to Rémi Poujol, to Temps Fait Tout, and congratulations to us! ! Rémi is a true artisan winemaker, who cultivates around ten hectares, but only makes part of his production into wine. Here no input is used, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar, not even a little sulfur in the winemaking. After more than ten years of winemaking without inputs, Rémi Poujol's wines have reached a truly remarkable level of quality. The juices are frank, direct and have a real personality; true artisanal wines, attentive to drinkability without forgetting the substance. The balance is impeccable, the finish long and fresh, it's really very good! Part of the group of winemakers founding the legendary Brutal Corporation of which we mention the latest vintage composed of Carignan and Mourvèdre, to be sipped happily, one bottle after another...wow!!!
