Last vintage produced with grapes from this impervious vineyard that is difficult to manage with grapes that are macerated for six days and then left to rest in old wooden barrels. The result is a wine with infinite fruity notes, both on the nose and on the palate, with the addition of delicate mineral puffs, spices and honey. Light to drink despite the complexity of sensations and a long and persistent finish. Good to drink now...exceptional in a few years!
