Here is a collaboration between two great winemakers and friends, Vincent Marie of No Control and Alexandre Bain. The grapes used are Rockaille Billy (Gamay d'Auvergne) and Mademoiselle M (Sauvignon Blanc). While the previous vintage was vinified in Alexandre's cellar, this one was worked in Auvergne in Vincent's domaine. Complex aromas such as radish and balsamic overlap with the sweet and sour hint of black cherry. The wine is juicy and voluminous, it has delicately mineral notes that blend beautifully into the flavor of plump fruit with a light sweetness at the end. Very good!!!
