Another unmissable Lolita creation!
The wine is mainly composed of Grenache coming from three vineyards of different ages which vary between 3, 15 and 30 years, but also from Cinsault.
All the grapes are pressed directly in whole bunches without contact with the skins, but at the end of pressing three cases of Grenache and Cinsault still intact were immersed in whole bunches in the juice, leaving them to infuse for up to 5 days before bottling.
Delicate hints of red fruits and flowers on the nose, also found on the palate where it's also slightly balsamic, herbaceous and spicy. Nothing cloying, in fact everything is very balanced and super drinkable. Another very interesting original interpretation!
