Direct whole bunch pressing and aging in old wooden barrels for about aN year.
Simply spectacular, juicy and super drinkable. Citrus fruits, infinite sapidity, electrifying acidity, ending in honeyed notes and very light hints of spices and dried fruit. WOW!!!
