Lolita Sene
Super variation of Lolita's Syrah, a fresher and more graceful version, characterized by the brilliance of the fruit and the floral aroma of violet, so characteristic of the vine. A wine with characteristics bordering on super glou glou rosé/red, but above all super good!
The Syrah grown in Saint-Victor-Lacoste (Rhone valley) is pressed directly, while the Sauvignon, which makes up a small part of this cuvée, is macerated on the skins for about one week. The wines are assembled at the end of aging and rest together in the bottle for a few months.
Super enchanting color, aroma and taste, but then all Lolita Sene wines are always like this!
