Exciting interpretation of Ottonese by the guys from Progetto Sete. The grapes come from three adjacent parcels planted between the 1950s and 1960s located in the “Lago dei Vignali” area in the Amaseno Valley.
Two days of maceration on the skins and following relax in steel for about one year.
Super citrus bomb, super tasty and with beautiful notes of flowers and herbs that come out slowly as the wine opens. Vibrant from first to last sip, a truly beautiful wine that brings to mind why we love Sete natural wines so much!
