Martin Worner is the soul and creator of Marto Wines! The beginnings of the adventure are already in themselves enviable and spectacular; after having studied oenology here is the field practice alongside Tom Lubbe (di Matassa) and Steph and Eddie in Gut Oggau...and what to say...we can find all this in his splendid cuvées.

Having made the right experience, he rightly returns home to take care of the family vineyards, precisely in Flonheim, a small village in the Rheinhessen region. Arenaceous soils cultivated according to the dictates of organic farming where among the rows there are almost exclusively native vines such as Würzer, Faber, Bacchus, Müllerthurgau, Scheurebe and Riesling.

Spontaneous and whole cluster fermentations, no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphite... are you ready to be shocked!?!?!
