Unfortunately the magician and master Alain Castex has left us, however leaving his precious and fantastic cuvées as a legacy!
A few thousand bottles all produced with grapes from his Vins du Cabanon vineyard, in Roussillon, a hectare of centenary vines of immense quality just like the resulting wines.

Canta Mañana 2021 - blend of 7 local varieties, mostly composed of Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre, but also of other very ancient native grapes and all coming from vines aged between 30 and 100 years. €32.90
