Esmeralda García has returned to her family's village to produce natural wines using the Verdejo variety planted on sandy soils, which has preserved some pre-phylloxera vineyards that are between 140 and 200 years old! Poor soils, pre-phylloxera vines, a philosophy of minimal intervention...the results are exceptional, intimate and unobstructed Verdejos. Wines all elaborated with single plot grapes, a work aimed at enhancing the characteristics of the different crus to have pure and exceptional Verdejos!
