The perfect example of Muscat a Petit Grain of the Languedoc with orange shades!
As always, the master Tom Lubbe reconfirms himself as an ace when it comes to long macerations which, however, do not weigh down the drink, but rather embellish it. This Muscat undergoes about two weeks of carbonic maceration and then a short relax in old wooden barrels to be bottled with only 10.5% vol.
Both in the perfumes and on the palate the aromatic notes are super balanced with each other and never cloying; in the mouth it's sensational, delicate, pulpy, full of fruity sensations and flowers, with a lot of vitality and energy. The finish is long and thanks to the sapidity it continually invites you to drink...over the top!!!
