Yet another interpretation of the super native Catalan Pansa Blanca by the legendary Oriol Artigas.
Vines over seventy years old, grapes destemmed and macerated whole grain without being pressed for about eleven days so as to have a very delicate extraction.
Very fresh both in the aromas, with notes of ripe white fruit, then white flowers and Mediterranean herbs, and on the palate where in addition to those already mentioned there is the Catalan minerality that confirms it a real spectacle!
