Brutally good Pinot Noir!
Grapes from 40-year-old vines grown on the shores of Lake Neusiedler, destemmed and crushed with the feet, fermenting in wooden vats where they then rest for about an year.
Delightfully rustic aromas, although after a few minutes aromas of small red strawberries and wild herbs explode. Infinite freshness on the palate with notes of raspberries and cranberries, along with excellent minerality and even more herbs and spices. Very good!!!
