Yann Durieux!!! Yes yes, he, one of the most interesting winemakers of the last decade in Burgundy!
Owner of the Domaine Recrue de Sens, in Villers-La-Faye, where in 2010 he began his business by purchasing a 2.5 hectare parcel of vineyard land. The area is super interesting and borders the Côte d'Or, where Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is its neighbor, in a lesser known area, however, that of the Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits.
An adventure preceded by many years of hard work and precious experiences including producers of the caliber of Julien Guillot and later by the more renowned Domaine Prieure Roch, where for 10 years he refined his knowledge on precious vines such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligotè, but above all he begins his approach with the local terroir, creating an intimate and personal connection and passion. His wines are simply amazing for purity, delicacy, freshness and elegance.

Love & Pif 2018 - Aligotè from 40-year-old vines; soft pressing with very light contact with the skins; about two years of relax between steel and old wooden barrels. € 45.90
Black Pinot 2018 - Pinot Noir; the grapes come from the 1er Ponts vineyards with vines over forty years old; long maceration on the skins in steel followed by about two years of relax. € 127.90
BT 2017 - Pinot Noir; grapes from fifty-year-old vines planted on the Aux Boutières land in Savigny-lès-Beaune; maceration on the skins for about a month in old wooden barrels with a slight fulling of the cap; relax for about two years in old oak barrels where they have previously aged different types of wine. € 155.90
La Gouzotte 2018 - Pinot Noir from various plots; long maceration on the skins in steel followed by about two years of relax; € 73.90
