New born and new vinification in the Robb de Matt house for this orange wine mostly composed of Falanghina but also of Trebbiano and Coda di Volpe, all lovingly left to macerate together on the skins in semi-carbonic for about 13 days.
Wine with a marked aging potential! The aromas are immediately clean and sharp, with notes of herbs and flowers, while on the palate the first sip is energetic and juicy, full of sensations, with still remarkable tannins, then opening with a delicate carbonic mixed with notes of white pulp fruits and herbs that accompany every sip with a delicately bitter and long finish. Nice now, spectacular in a few months!
