RECRUE DES SENS
It may have depended on the vintage or the long rest in the bottle, but this was one of the best Chardonnay I've had to date!
The grapes come from a small plot of about 40 years of age cultivated in the heart of Burgundy, whole bunch pressed without contact of the juice with the skins and left to rest in old wooden barrels until needed.
It's Chardonnay in its pure state, with notes of exotic fruit such as pineapple and white melon, puffs of minerals and delicately smoky notes, flavor and acidity in perfect symbiosis, creamy but at the same time disarming to drink... little else nothing to say if not EXCEPTIONAL!!!
