A shining and refreshing salad of small red fruits with violets to surround it all!
From a single vineyard composed of Gamay, Grolleau and Pineau D'Aunis from the Loire, here is the only red wine produced by Damien Bureau.
The grapes are vinified separately and blended after fermentation and then rest briefly in steel. Very fresh, slightly tannic at the right point, but above all delicious!
