Finally we are able to get our hands on the precious cuvées of the legendary Spanish winemaker who has been upsetting the slopes of Etna for years!
Eduardo Torres Acosta, young and enterprising as never before, has become one of the symbols of good artisan wine produced around this magical mountain with vineyards located on the northern slope of Etna in the districts of Pietramarina, Sciaranuova and Allegracore at different altitudes and on different types of soils formed by volcanic ash and rich in stones.
The added value in Eduardo's wines is that of being able to find all the characteristics conferred by the territory (and what a territory!) also thanks to his maniacal care for the land and the cellar where the must is not altered in any way. Let's enjoy some volcanic minerality together!!!
